Terms and Conditions:
1. Promoter:
The promoter of this prize draw is Better4Hooves, Willetts Farm, Broadford Bridge Road, RH20 2LE, 01798 817602.
2. Prize:

• The prize is one year's supply of Better4Hooves supplement for one horse, which consists of a 5.3kg tub.
• The prize has a retail value of £180.00, as of the launch date of the competition.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product or monetary value.

3. Eligibility:

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.
• Only one entry per household is allowed. Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided above.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize Redemption:

• The winner must redeem the prize on or before 11th November 2024. After this date, the prize will no longer be valid.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner's specified address using a Next Working Day courier service, which may be subject to external delays.

6. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
• The closing date for entries is 11/10/2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

7. Notification of Winner:

• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Better4Hooves reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant selected at random.

8. Publicity:

• By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the prize, including having their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection:

• Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• Better4Hooves does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed due to computer error in transit.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. General:

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law:

• This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

13. Acceptance of Terms:

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
