Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Options:
a. We offer several delivery options, all on a Next Working Day service, using Parcelforce (Royal Mail), or DPD. Better4Hooves Ltd reserves the right to override the customer's choice of delivery option whensoever is required to meet certain criteria, including location.
b. Delivery charges are calculated based on the chosen delivery option and destination. Additional costs may be incurred when a delivery address is outside of the area covered by our standard courier options.
2. Delivery Timeframes:
a. Deliveries are dispatched on a Next Working Day service when ordered before 2pm. Better4Hooves Ltd will make every possible effort to ensure that this service level is met, but delays with the courier service chosen by the customer do occasionally happen in circumstances out of our control. Better4Hooves Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery associated with courier performance when the order has been processed and dispatched in a timely fashion.
3. Delivery Address:
a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
b. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
4. Tracking Orders:
a. Tracking information will be provided for all orders once they are dispatched. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number through our website or the courier service’s platform.
b. While we strive to provide accurate tracking information, we are not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking updates provided by the courier service.
5. Delivery Confirmation:
a. Deliveries will be deemed complete once the package is delivered to the specified delivery address or an appropriate alternative.
b. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier service may leave the package in a safe location, with a neighbour or at a Post Office, depending on their policies.
6. International Deliveries:
a. International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
b. Delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes for international orders.
7. Delivery Issues:
a. In the event of non-delivery, late delivery, or damaged goods, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in situations where delivery to a particular location is not feasible or poses a risk to our operations or the safety of our staff.
8. Changes to Delivery Policy:
a. We reserve the right to update or modify this delivery policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
b. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our delivery practices and any updates or changes that may occur.
