30-Day Returns Policy:
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all our products purchased directly from Better4Hooves Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Palatability
At Better4Hooves Ltd, care has been taken to design our products with palatability in mind, however, each animal is an individual and may have varying preferences. We recommend that supplements are added in gradually, to mitigate concerns regarding fussy feeders.
Better4Hooves Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund based on individual feeding preferences. Better4Hooves Ltd may be able to provide palatability samples on request, within reason.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@better4hooves.co.uk or 01798 817602 with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the relevant information and guide you through the return process.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@better4hooves.co.uk
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@better4hooves.co.uk and send your item to: Willetts Farm, Pulborough GB RH20 2LE
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
